What happens after the 3-month pilot?
At the end of your pilot, we review the results together. If CaaS is delivering value, you transition to a paid plan at the agreed rate. If not, you walk away with no obligation. We keep it simple.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden costs. Pilot is completely free, and paid plans are straightforward per-resident-per-month pricing.
How is the per-resident price calculated?
Pricing is based on the number of active residents receiving calls each month. You only pay for residents who are actively enrolled in the program. Residents who are temporarily away or have paused calls are not counted.
Can we start with one unit and expand?
Absolutely. Most providers start with a single unit or facility during the pilot, then expand to additional units as they see results. Our Growth plan supports multi-unit deployment.
What is included in the Enterprise plan?
